Responsible use of TrendPilot

TrendPilot provides decision-support tools for product research, pricing, inventory, listing preparation, operations, logistics and after-sales work. Forecasts, rankings, scores and AI content are estimates and not guarantees of sales, profit or platform approval.

Users must provide accurate information, protect account access and use only shops and data they are authorized to manage. Normal registrations are enabled automatically; identity conflicts or other security anomalies may require administrative review. Review credentials may be used only by the designated reviewer.

TikTok Shop data may be accessed only after seller authorization and only within approved API scopes. Users remain responsible for listing accuracy, taxes, compliance, inventory, advertising, customer service and every confirmed write action.

Memberships and platform credits are fulfilled only after TrendPilot verifies a signed server-to-server payment result. Checkout availability, currency, refund eligibility, taxes and settlement timing depend on the displayed plan and the contracted payment provider. A browser return page is not proof of payment. Users must not initiate chargebacks for transactions already refunded or consume credits obtained from a reversed payment.

• Fake orders, review manipulation, fabricated metrics or deceptive advertising.
• Credential theft, access-control bypass, scraping outside authorized interfaces or security testing without permission.
• Infringement, unsafe products, prohibited products or unlawful personal-data use.
• Sharing or reconstructing another seller's confidential data.

The service may change as marketplace APIs and policies change. We use reasonable safeguards and continuity controls but do not promise uninterrupted operation. To the extent allowed by law, liability is limited to direct losses caused by the service and excludes speculative profit or inventory outcomes.

Access may be suspended for security, payment, policy or legal reasons. When the relationship ends, connected customer data is deleted or de-identified according to the Privacy Notice and applicable retention duties.
